長帶狀皰疹

今天晚上去看了皮膚科，原來自己長了帶狀皰疹

Chief complaint: Right buttock itchy sensation was noted for 6 days.

Present illness:

6 days ago: right posterior buttock itchy sensation but no rash
4 days ago: clusters of small, itchy vesicles with erythematous base emerged at right S3 dermatome.

Associated symptoms: voiding difficulty(+), right inguinal LAP(+)
Negative findings: fever(-), painful rash(-)

看過皮膚科之後才知道，Herpes zoster在年輕人身上是可以只有癢而不太疼痛的。
由於會侵犯到神經，所以若是S2~S4受侵犯可能會影響到泌尿、排泄功能

健保給付抗病毒藥物的病灶位置局現在頭頸部及生殖器部位，衝著這一點我也得到了5天份的acyclovir
